MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Most of this section of the website is still in development. It will provide information on federal and state funded medical assistance, a listing of the states which have adopted the Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and how they apply medial assistance to adopted children entering their state (reciprocity), the Early and Periodic Screening and Diagnostic Testing Program (EPSDT) in each state and a series of FAQs. An important feature that will soon be available is an interactive training program on the elements of Medical Assistance requirements.
