AAICAMA and APHSA

AAICAMA is an incorporated non-profit organization which establishes rules and policies, applies for grants, authorizes expenditures and contracts for services in behalf of its member states. AAICAMA purchases secretariat (administrative) services from the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA).
